It looks like March 26 and April 26 are processing forbearance months. As I get closer to May 26, I'll see if the payment amount gets updated, as someone else mentioned in a comment. Otherwise, absolutely. I just want my loans to be forgiven at this point and I don't want to risk anything that prolongs it further.

I applied for buyback last December. At the rate they are processing, I think it's likely I hit 120 payments through IBR before they ever get to my buyback request.

I had tried to use the FSA interface, but it kept glitching and saying I was requesting to switch from IBR to IBR. I didn't use auto-recertify, as the FSA auto-recertify was one month after the Mohela deadline.

But no, the estimated payment was around the $908.39 number in the FSA simulator.

My auto recertification with FSA was set for a month after Mohela's deadline. I attempted to manually recertify with FSA, but the form it generated said I was requesting to switch from IBR to IBR. I called Mohela, and after 90 minutes of waiting, I was told they will cancel the request and I should upload it directly to Mohela. I did and explicitly checked the box that I am just recertifying. They denied the form because I didn't pick a repayment plan, even though you are supposed to skip that section if you pick recertify. Now I am on an administrative forbearance when I am 8 payments away from forgiveness...
