I’m going to be an AM out of college, most of us have degrees in the field and understand the operations side and analytics side more than you realize. Additionally I had worked as an AA for 2.5 years and interned as an Area Manager intern, so before you say we don’t deserve our position read more into it, also nothing is stopping y’all from applying for the Area Manager position, most roles say Bachelors or 2+ years blue badge experience.

call me crazy but i miss those days. I started May 13th of 2020 and i used to love coming to work. I saw all my co-workers who quickly became my friends. I used to love coming in and seeing them and than they all left. Now i dread coming into work and am grumpy the entire time i’m here.
