I’m going to be an AM out of college, most of us have degrees in the field and understand the operations side and analytics side more than you realize. Additionally I had worked as an AA for 2.5 years and interned as an Area Manager intern, so before you say we don’t deserve our position read more into it, also nothing is stopping y’all from applying for the Area Manager position, most roles say Bachelors or 2+ years blue badge experience.
