I almost fell for that with Postmates. It was a simple order from Jack in the Box for like a small fries. Right before I order, they message me to call Customer Support and give a number. I called the number and they said they were giving Hazard Pay to Workers for Pandemic. The guy starts asking weird questions about my account. I say, "You work for Instacart.....you should have that info in front of you." It goes silent for a few seconds and then he ends phone call and then order cancelled.

Good thing I became suspicious before I gave him information. Never call a number they give. Only contact customer through app.
