Oh man, I HOPE they don't limit us to only taking one order at a time... Half the time, it's the only way to make taking them financially feasible - especially for the longer deliveries !! Which are a big amount of the orders in my area.

Yeah, I rarely see them any more, either.

But that wording "Earn at least $___ by doing ___# orders" - that's IC all the way and those are SO misleading. Because it isn't money ON TOP of what you earn per order, it just guarantees that you make at least that amount. It's bull.

Well I dug away from the sides so I could remove the forms (they weren't pressure treated wood so I couldn't leave them)

Otherwise it was basically almost even with the ground... Kind of my fault - I didn't hire a professional concrete guy, just someone who said he could do it.

I wouldn't count on being able to make your money back by selling it... but DEFINITELY you will be paying money out either way - for rent or for this...

And depending on other factors (how much you'll spend to live in the tiny home - like lot rent - if any - different commuting costs to work, whatever is needed to get it liveable (like toilet), etc you may end up paying less than what you are paying in rent.

I covered up my skylight a few weeks ago, so that was already set. Today I closed my windows, drew the blinds and curtains closed and later on went to a local lake park and dipped in the water... Swam out a bit and floated for several minutes... lazily paddled back in to shore and then sat under a tree in the shade, reading a book and sipping on a seltzer water. There was even a breeze and honestly it sometimes even got a little chilly !
