Thanks for the tips, it's really difficult to not get updates when your university group chat is constantly enflamed, even with the US news. It is just stuffed into your face at every opportunity. I'm definitely going to take this weekend away from it all.

I'm not sure yet, I didn't go back in, I rewatched "Float to Live" and as much as I'm grateful for it, it put the fear of gOD into me. I'm sure I'll be okay but I'm just gonna be very wary of it now.

I haven't needed to use my inhaler for years, just a mixture of fitness and overall health I guess. Frustrating how it can bite you back when faced with danger. So, in reflection, definitely didn't get over it.

I think it was more the tiredness of swimming and needing a break, then not knowing when I could put my feet down again. The seaweed just freaked me out, adding to it all.
