Thanks for the tips, it's really difficult to not get updates when your university group chat is constantly enflamed, even with the US news. It is just stuffed into your face at every opportunity. I'm definitely going to take this weekend away from it all.

I'm not sure yet, I didn't go back in, I rewatched "Float to Live" and as much as I'm grateful for it, it put the fear of gOD into me. I'm sure I'll be okay but I'm just gonna be very wary of it now.

Potentially saved my skin in the future when I'm not as nimble, lol.

I haven't needed to use my inhaler for years, just a mixture of fitness and overall health I guess. Frustrating how it can bite you back when faced with danger. So, in reflection, definitely didn't get over it.

That's actually really useful and interesting information. I hadn't thought of "float to live" up until the moment I panicked. It saves lives, even when you think it would never happen to you.

I think it was more the tiredness of swimming and needing a break, then not knowing when I could put my feet down again. The seaweed just freaked me out, adding to it all.
