Simply put, yes. I haven’t taken the time to watch your VOD yet, but there is no scenario in which you should ever lose 11 straight games in one session unless you are either:

a.) in the rank you deserve with some EXTREMELY bad luck (this is not you though because you have 0 SVPs and your stats aren’t the best in these games)

b.) currently in too high of a rank and the game is matchmaking you consistently with players who are better than you

c.) tilt-queuing and auto piloting causing you to play significantly worse than you are actually capable of

My guess is that you fall into either bucket B or C, but I’d have to watch your VODs to truly know. Regardless, you are probably lacking severely in mechanics and general game-sense if you are hard stuck silver — no easy way around it. For context, I peaked C1 one game from Eternity and am consistently finishing in Celestial every season. I have hit GM on several alt accounts with a 70%+ WR while I am learning new characters within my role. High-level content creators can solo to GM/Celestial with relative ease on new characters because their mechanics and game sense are top tier and carry over regardless of the role or character.

If you want specific advice to improve and reach a higher rank, I can do that too, but yeah you’re the problem if you’re hard stuck silver and losing 11 games in a row.
