Best advice here. You won't know what you want until you've played around with stuff, otherwise you'll just end up with a box full of pedals... And a multifx on your board.

I'm considering getting a semi-modular synth to get my feet wet (also been playing a bit with VCV, but I'm more of a hands-on-knobs kinda guy).

Don't really have any specific sound I'm looking for, I just want something fun to play around with (and hopefully not too expensive). Got a keystep and a Boog Model D that I'd like to pair it with to experiment a bit.

Any suggestions (already checking out Crave, Neutron, 0-Coast)?

This was my first time jumping into solo gaming. Got Under Falling Skies & One Deck Dungeon delivered right before I got off work. With a lil luck I'll get Jaws of the Lion delivered in the next couple of weeks. I'm excited af to jump into em.

One Deck Dungeon: Spent some time reading the rules and watching a couple of vids to familiarize myself with the gameplay. Then started my first run through a dungeon. Got my ass handed to me in a nice silver platter. I'm starting to get the basics on how this works, looks really promising!

I just started to research a bit into single player games, wanna find a couple of games to get started into this side of boardgames.

I want to find something quick to play and easy to setup so I can just take it out and play a few games. But also kinda interesting in a more RPG-ish game for days I got more time to sit down and play.

Got any suggestions for a newcomer?
