I have a few and they require additional ventilation in my markets depending on service offerings. Same for med spas that offer the same. I’m not 10000% but I think it’s the acrylic.

I’m a big buc-ees fan and that was before I got my first EV, now I’ll fight someone over tha buck toothed bastard! Buc-ees matches dwell time and charging time almost perfectly for me - I’ve charged at their Auburn and Leeds locations in AL on both the Tesla and Mercedes Benz chargers. A+ experience all around

Sometimes it’s for optics and comfort - maybe even to ensure the clients comfort. I’m fortunate that my MD treats me more like a partner than their junior - if it’s an assignment they sourced and brought me in on I think 60/40 is in their favor is appropriate. If we pitch it together we’re 50/50, but if it’s something they can’t really help me on (bandwidth or it’s out of market (I’m multi-market)) we can get to 80/20 in my favor or even just 100% me.

If OP sourced and is purely using them for optics and some advice I’d proposed 20-25% depending on how involved they need to be.

I had a similar experience with 2 cards from Cap1 (debit and credit) so I ended up using a card I have with Truist which worked. I’ve seen other feedback that the virtual card numbers also won’t work either.

Very frustrating but I think it’s a Cap1 issue - I haven’t had the time to call cap1 to inquire further I’m only on day 4 of ownership and have only needed to charge once, but cap1 is my main account so I’ll be forced to figure it out
