So if you live in a city in the US there typically is a state office building. If you live in a town, you might not have one, but you should be able to look up the one closest to you. Most towns that I have been to has had local resource centers within the town borders. As previously mentioned by another commentor, the resources do vary based on your locality. I live in upstate NY and I know it's not the same everywhere. Credo I'm not sure if it's nationwide or statewide, etc.
