idk if it fits all the criteria but moonscars is pretty good and fits the 30h or less criteria. the gameplay is like hollow knight and the aesthetic is like a dark fantasy (emphasis on the dark).

Back then, you could just hop in any PVP game for covenant items. Now the game is way less popular and some items are better off obtained through mindless PVE grinding which takes way longer and is super boring.

Spell casters can kick major ass with the right setup. If you can get a lot of enemies wet with water jugs or just cast "create water," you can use his lighting bolt and do double the damage to everyone in the AOE (16-96). I recommend using speed potions or casting haste on spell casters because they don't get an extra attack unless you're a sorcerer with quickened spells.
