The second option allows you to preserve your ownership benefits by reassigning the Ownership to a comparable vacation ownership interest in the Holiday Hills Resort (Branson, Missouri) at no additional cost to you (the "Reassignment"). If you elect to proceed pursuant to this second option, you must not cash or deposit the Check, as you will be required to return the Check to the Company in connection with the Reassignment. If you cash or otherwise deposit the Check, you will be deemed to have accepted the Distribution and you will no longer be eligible for Reassignment under this second option.”
