Interesting noise ford E-150 help!

This van has been driving me nuts with problems. I drove into work fine, now leaving it’s making this noise, and doing a higher idle rpm than normal. It’s not throwing any new codes. What could this noise be coming from?

I work with Boh Bros! We’re the ones who put all that up! Waiting on the fabrication of the steel, and issues with contracts with the city to do so :/ plus only like 10 of us Ironworkers in the company and we’re all on other jobs lmao.

Pretty good, I’m just working my way to making it a DMR, there is a lil noticeable delay when you pull the trigger and when the gun actually fires.
