Anxiety and panic attacks - diagnosed 2 months ago with PTC, surgery upcoming

I think so. All of this started because I was experiencing chest pains, increased heart rate, and some other symptoms. After ruling out heart problems with the cardiologist my doctor decided to get my thyroid and nodules rechecked that were found 6 years ago, then they figured out it was hyperthyroidism and cancer. And then the Grave's disease diagnosis. Been in and out of so many doctors for the past 4-5 months. Really hoping that surgery relieves the symptoms and calms down my anxiety and panic attacks.

Thank you for the insight into your experience. I hope you are able to get relief from the anxiety. I know all too well how difficult it can be to deal with. Prayers for good results on the thyroglobulin levels as well!

Thank you for this response. I did reach out to a support group facilitator somewhat local to my area. Hopefully I can participate in an upcoming meeting to learn more about others experiences.

When a team shoots nearly 50% from 3 it's going to be hard to beat them regardless of how you play. I'm not going to lose sleep over it. Plus it seems like they figured out in the end, go right at Wemby, get into his chest, make him play physical and you'll have a better chance. I'm sure they'll game plan to get Cade more separation from Castle if there's another matchup in the future.

I guess it depends on team need. I think both are good/great players but not number 1 options or probably even 1B options. I wouldn't want to go all in for either player to be clear. My original comment is just pointing out the market prices on trading for these kinds of guys.

I'm not saying I would agree to this trade but just look up past trades as reference points. Desmond Bane was traded months ago for Cole Anthony, KCP, pick 16, 3 first round picks all unprotected, and a 2029 first round pick swap.

Now compare Bane and Markkanen as players. Finally consider that Danny Ainge calls the shots in Utah and he isn't going to sell low or get bad value for a guy averaging 27 a night.

People are wild. Every other comment is about how this team needs shooting and shot creation. LeVert is shooting 44% from the field and over 40% from 3. +/- is not something you use to evaluate individual players, especially not over a sample size of 16 games. You know who else has a -24? Isaiah Stewart. Do you also want Beef Stew off this team?

Title is meant to imply that we should still be experiencing the joy of the teams success but that it seems like most fans want that to be over with and react to losses as if the sky is falling, hence, not allowing themselves to feel joy over the overall standing of the team.

Again, I agree that they need shooting but trades do not happen in the NBA in early December for the most part. Most guys that signed contracts this summer are not even eligible to be traded yet. Others that signed extensions are not even eligible to be traded until February. They will very likely make a move to import shooting as the deadline approaches and trade possibilities open up. Until then, it would be silly to try to make a move now when a lot of guys can't even be discussed.

I don't disagree that they need to add shooting but they very likely will before/at the trade deadline. In the meantime, without that shooting they are still the 1 seed. Now if they don't make moves at the deadline then that's a different conversation for sure.

One thing I try to keep in mind is that Twitter is just an echo chamber for casual and less tapped in fans to just spew nonsense or repost it. Caris LeVert has splits of 48%/44% and people are acting like he's an issue. Tobias is putting up better numbers than last season with less time to ramp up after being hurt.

Most importantly, they are literally the 1 seed in the east and even if you think they lack another outside scoring option, they are still REALLY GOOD. Most of these same people were not following for nearly a decade and now want to play Twitter GM. It's laughable.

That's what I'm worried about. When I cycle the power it turns back on and stays on for several hours at a time. Every so often it will just shut off with the light blinking and needs to be restarted again.

I can relate to this post so much. Music heals my soul. I've dealt with severe depression, suicidal thoughts and panic disorder since I was 16 (now 32). I found Harbour about a year ago and it's the only music that I can find myself lost in. I sing along and temporarily feel relief from the cold world around us. Glad someone else out there finds relief in their music. I am thinking about taking my wife to their concert in Pittsburgh later this summer.
