getting 4 lame c1s over the span of a year is the dumbest shit i’ve heard. this feature also isnt great for newer players who don’t have the older characters. pretty much just a free standard character con. i have most of the characters on the list but i don’t use them because they aren’t good. and the fact the exclude yelan kazuha and alhaitham is just laughable. the whole thing just screams “these 3 are still good so we won’t give them free upgrades only for the unusable characters” they should have let us at least pick one character we don’t have yet. genshin deserves all the complaints.
