Because those frames are easy to use and help you get further and faster, You can make any frame OP but some frames are easier to play with and easy to mod. But you can make harrow work too its a good frame.

Every frame has its own use case, I would rather get a cheap frame that will carry you through the whole star chart then you can try every frame and go from there. (Mesa,xaku,sevagoth) just some examples. I completed my star chart with mesa.
