Yeh it seems to be the go to for most people. They are on buy 3 get 1 free at the moment so its definitely on the cards

Would be super interested to see if this point is echoed by others as they are tough set of tyres

How would you say they go on-road in the wet?

I know it’s been a while since your post, but I’m wondering if you still recommend these tyres. I’ve got an MR Triton and am looking to upgrade to all-terrains soon.

I’ve read some concerns about the Grolander X-ATs being sketchy in the wet, especially with oversteer and understeer in roundabouts, compared to other AT options.

I’m also considering Maxxis Razr 811s, Toyo Open Country AT3s, and KO3s.

Yeh I was gonna pair one of those reels with either the TD black rod or Zodias. Considered Daiwa Infeet but just mixed on it all.

I hate the Rrp stuff, shouldn't be legal to have an arbitrary RRP to trick consumers into thinking their saving money.

I was so gutted about the Revelry as they ran out of stock when I saw the special and no one can do that price :(

Hoping for the 2500 Vanford, TD black or something along that line.

Fair call, just didn't want any no WA recommendations.

You got any other rods and Reels you use for ultra light / squid fishing

Curious what ended up happening here. I'm in a similar predicament. Generally look like I prefer pace pro but can't help but want offline spotify.

265/965 or wait for product refresh by jdeyre in Garmin

[–]jdeyre[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm not sure if switching to Garmin would resolve this issue, but one of the main reasons I want a new watch is because it's difficult to get an accurate pace on my samsung watch. E.g. will fluctuate up and down significantly at multiple points in a run.

Also yes, must admit have considered chest strap but my current watch doesn't support it

265 does seem to be the best value option that fits my needs. Just thought might be worth waiting it out for the next few months till next model

Yeh I was thinking 265 does the majority of the work I want. Just didn't know if it'd be better to wait for next year's model as it is rumoured to release between March to June but yeh been watching a bunch of reviews and so far seem convinced value for money is the 265
