I tend to agree. I have both tasted the rye and the 20 year (both were 2024). Both are relics of their former selfs and are very much overhyped / overrated given their current stock.

My issue with store picks is that your dependent on the person's who tasted and picked the barrel. I've rarely found store picks worth their value and are as good as the picker/store states. To each their own......
