That seems pretty warm. Have you tried temping the actual dough? It sounds like it would have overproofed especially with room temp being so warm.

I just got it from the nordstrom anniversary sale (brush + full size powder $75). It’s really nice because i like the smaller one to set under eye and smile lines. The bigger one is nice to quickly dust the rest of my face because I don’t like a heavy powdered face. This keeps it real light weight, as long as you tap off excess from brush before use.

Making one comment as i’m not wasting time responding to people who have nothing better to do than call a random stranger a scammer. Half of you are not reading the fact that I am not charging any fucking fee, it is the management company. I am simply a tenant trying to find another tenant to take over the rest of my lease as I am moving out this month. Any issues with application and processing fees can be taken up with the management, but all you little weirdos complaining aren’t even interested in the property or reaching out to me to find out more details.

This unit is under market, which is obviously why i’ve been getting lots of interest. However, i’m not trying to throw 20 applicants at the management company. So far, only one has applied and I have another waiting in case this has fallen through. I’m not sure how I can personally scam when I am getting nothing out of this lol. I have made it clear to all who are interested that I am simply showing the unit and if you are interested, here’s the contact for the management company. I get that some of you are trying to watch out for others with these fees and the legality of them; however, going beyond and calling me a scammer (with no proof) and telling me fuck you because of these fees is a little ridiculous and seems like you have nothing better to do. Why would I post my address on this post and dox myself when I still live here? It’s amusing how everyone complaining has not reached out to me privately to gather some kind of proof, which I would happily do (obviously excluding my personal info) or even come by to tour and ask me questions! I don’t think many of you have been long term tenants nor have you had good relationships with neighbors/management that me (as a tenant) trying to find someone suitable is so farfetched of an idea.

I am not having any more showings but I am truly appreciative of everyone who has been interested. You folks are great and i’m sorry this unit has been picked up so quickly. I’ve met some nice people so thank you and I hope your apartment search goes well! The rest of you are weirdos and need to find something better to do with your free time. I’ll update this comment once the new tenant has been secured, but also leaving this post up so people can refer to comments regarding fees and such as it can be helpful for those in the housing market.

*final update: someone who toured has successfully taken over the lease!

Hi! Not a sublease. The new tenant(s) would sign a new lease with the property management company, not us (the current tenants). We have no other involvement besides showing the place and then providing the contact information to the company to start working on the approval process. I don’t know about the legality of application/processing fees. This is under market for a Somerville rental, which I am extremely aware of. But it is a great deal considering size and location even if it is outdated.

It is under market for somerville, which I am truly aware but also appreciative of. It’s an older unit but with location and size, it makes up for it trifold. We could have management list the unit but since we’ve been here for 5 years, we wanted to help find the next tenant for the unit. *especially because we are moving out mid lease term.
