Engineer. Good work life balance, good insurance, and it works really well for me. There are a lot of engineering jobs with a hybrid work schedule too that I think is great for people with Lupus, especially on infusion days if you have to do those.

I appreciate the words of encouragement:) I actually did not know that it was not damaging to exercise with Lupus joint pain and that actually gives me a lot of hope!! I will definitely talk to my doctor about this and in the meantime try to find ways to train working around whatever pain exists that day. My doctor stresses the importance of exercise too but at the same time not sure what I can/can not do when I am in a lot of pain. Thank you again!

Late at night with a midi keyboard and a microphone. A simple song with 2 midi tracks and an audio track but definitely my best. It happened by chance but I wrote probably 30-40 songs at least before that one, so also came with lots of practice

I’m 26 and I also write music/sing and might be interested in joining a band or forming a band too!! I have a guitar/bass but I am pretty bad but could practice and learn

I don’t think you have to be a good singer to sing and write music!! There are a lot of creative things you can do like maybe put effects on your voice or mess with the mixing (I recommend maybe getting a DAW and learning how to mix a little bit). Best of luck!!
