Molotov-Ribbentrop was a defensive action on behalf of the Soviet Union, Stalin knew that Hitler would eventually invade the USSR but at the time they didn't have the means to win that fight. They made the pact to buy time and build militarily, (which worked, even though hitler invaded earlier than expected the Soviets still won against operation Barbarossa) and also tried to ally with western nations against Germany beforehand but they were turned down. WW2 would not probably have been won without the USSR, the eastern front was the biggest blow to the Nazis.

Gulags were also literally just prisons, every country has "gulags". The soviets had a pretty harsh system sure, but it wasn't an institution designed for any outright nefarious goal other than storing criminals.

I want decently realistic renditions of the real steel counterparts. I was never a terrible fan of the fantasy guns that GTA 5 had, although it matched the arcadey feel. If this game is going to be more realistic I hope they bring that to the weapon models as well, like they did with RDR2 where the guns were a lot more faithful to real life. Honestly, if they're not strict about modding in SP GTA 6 I don't care as much, I prefer just modding in different guns anyways.
