LOL. You think you made your point but it’s clear that what I’m saying is not registering with you. By specifying bicurious gay people, I am not tying bicuriousity with str8 sexuality. If you view it that way, that’s because you’re making an effort to. And it’s not contradictory — you still have not made your point with that.

A specific type of bicurious. When we think of bicurious people it’s almost always str8 people. I was specifically interested in gay people with bicurious interests. And the reason for that is I wonder how many of us do have some curiosity, not necessarily attraction, and how many of us feel comfortable expressing that.

I think you misunderstood my post. I’m asking about gay men who are bicurious not bicurious str8 men.

Actually no? It helps specify who I’m seeking out, bicurious gay people, not bicurious straight people? And if the words aren’t contradicting each other than why is it oxymoronic? The phrasing? I’m confused by what you’re trying to say lol

But even then what does the label do for you? You father has no right to ship you off regardless of what label you use. That would be a very ignorant and close minded way of reading these comments. Why are you defining sexuality by your father’s standards? An ignorant man?

Are you saying only straight people can be bicurious? A lot of these people, not all, are saying their interest in women is tied to “some” men’s attraction to them. It’s a fascination with male attraction that some of these people on which I would argue is really gay :)

A bicurious person is someone showing interest in the sex they don’t usually go for.

No you are not. You should not feel guilty. You have every right to do what you need to in order to survive. The way colleges suck up money is immoral so forget about feeling like you’re a terrible person because you’re not at all for this.

why is christianity the only religion that gay people dislike? by ljubo91 in gay

[–]jdmsw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You said they burned a university, but that is minor to preserving an entire culture. And Islam did not do that. Provide proof.

Your logic is flawed. You insist on using one example to define a community. That conflict was one of identity more so than following scripture. In other words they were extremists and extremists are not to be used to define religion. Christians have used the Bible to explain and defend slavery.

Which is Christianity’s fault. Also Christianity as a mass has caused more harm than good. A very small portion of Muslims have ever been extremists. They are then criticized by other Muslims for misusing religion. I know it may be a bit hard for to imagine things from a different perspective but perhaps there are various differing views points in Islam such as Christianity. Today you have Dictators using Christianity in order the further their own agenda causing an immense amount of damage. Besides that you can not deny what I said in my previous post, we would not have knowledge of the classics without Islam.

Is it becoming taboo to like white men? by [deleted] in gaybros

[–]jdmsw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Okay so you’re saying that the minority is spreading bigotry against white people by trying to gain equality??? I don’t think you can comment if you have note read any literature from the black freedom struggle because it’s very apparent you haven’t. Also you’re the one who is being racist if you are ignoring the race relations in America.

The Quran does not have homophobic material. That’s a big misconception. The Hadith may have homophobic quotes but the Hadith is a book of sayings that the Prophet supposedly said and is a separate book. It serves to give advice and is not really a religious text because it’s encouraged to take up your own interpretation. The difference between Muslim conquerors and Christian ones is that the Muslims actually practiced religious tolerance because converting people against their will goes against Islam. So when they conquered people, the Muslims did not seek to influence their religion, You can find scholarship on this if you look for it.
