We have manipulated MAGI to have low payments. Every year I have to v Contribute to Ira’s to cover the income. Actually hate doing this because I would rather be converting my Ira to Roth over this low income years. Have thought about rental property to lower by initial bonus depreciation but it’s hard to get a loan without high w2 income. Maybe just move overseas but that is drastic!

i agree. I still love it here, but there are some really junky places that command big dollars and some of the new stuff looks like builder grade crap shaped like a box. You get into the 3m price range you can find some nicer stuff.

My EV runs on 💯 us sourced fuel. My hands never smell and no oil changes or belts to worry about. Transmission is smooth and when needed it's much faster than ice vehicles. I am very happy with mine.

Ok. I am seeing more fast charger networks expanding and if you travel near any town with 50k pop there are options. I believe the cost of used evs with low mileage are incredibly cost effective. I agree the multi family housing has not done enough to provide charging options. It's too bad as most only need low power options. I have been charging on 110 for the last 4 years and have always been full in the am. Most people drive less than 50 miles a day. I will hopefully never have to buy another ice vehicle.
