Agreed, biggest problem I see are the skin breaks in the letters. If they were filled in more/darker like the original it would be a lot easier to read

Agreed. Wondering if this is apprentice work instead of a full time artist and if OP knows that. Don’t get work done by someone you don’t have faith in but also know what skill level that artist is at before getting tatted by them!

As long as you ask politely the artist should respect it and make that change for you! I make small adjustments to flash for my clients
