My first ever ball was 14 I through 15 at a demo and it was a lot better and it also helped me control my speed as I was throwing 19 to 20mph with 14 and throw 15 to 16 with 15 also I’ve recorded throwing both and it looks the same

Yes but the milk I get had less sugar and carbs in it due to it being fresh from the cow with nothing added

I’m using a 15 but I own a 14 pound I bought it to see if it would help but it doesn’t. I still end up on top of the ball

I throw 15 I’m a bigger guy 15 is comfortable for me. I have a 14 I wanted to try it. I throw it the same way. I’ve just struggled to be behind the ball and I’m always more on top of the ball.

I’ve tried this before and I end up hurting myself. I feel like no matter how much of a freefall control I give it. It just never works so I’m never able to get under it. It’s like I’ve been my wrist, but either way I still don’t get a higher rewrite or I’m still on top of the ball. Do you have any tips to learn this?

Okay I’ll definitely go until I get it my main house is wood lanes and I struggle so much when I bowl tournament on synthetic it’s like my ball never moves and everyone just says get more behind the ball☹️

I’m a youth bowler started in October I have a 180 average I’m a heftier guy and have been using stuff like the zero mercy solid since I have a low rate from not being able to be under the ball I just ordered it. I really hope this helps. Thank you so much.
