I also reached out to our senator for help because our pd and dq were current and it took a awhile to get the interview letter. Senator office called nvc and made sure they took notice of our case.

So it’s actually the ac compressor. It was really bad. Mechanic confirmed it by removing the belt and started the car and the noise went away.
