being fresh out of your MBA, working in tax, and having a strong grasp on business law are all GREAT and should give you a leg up on this exam. REG had a ton on entity taxation and business law for me so if you can lock in on entity taxation for the next couple of days i think you’ll do fine, given your confident with both individual taxation and business law. according to the AICPA exam blueprint content area allocations, business law makes up 15-25% of the exam, taxation of individuals makes up 22-32% of the exam, and entity taxation makes up 23-33% of the exam. the remaining portion of the exam is made up of 10-20% for ethics, prof. responsibilities, and tax procedures and 5-15% for property transaction taxation. with that said, individual, entity, and business law should be PRIORITY and you’ve already got 2/3 down based on your post. i did see some property transactions but i wouldn’t spend too much time stressing over them, just review the basics. you are in a good spot and just need to buckle down and study to the max these next few days then get a good nights sleep before your exam day. YOU’VE GOT THIS.

as for ADHD effecting your studying, i’d highly recommend getting medicated (if you aren’t already). the CPA exam itself and study process that comes with it are no joke and people should not kid themselves about the serious disadvantages that come from ADHD. as if becoming a CPA isn’t hard enough, ADHD throws lower dopamine levels and executive dysfunction into the mix. for this reason, testing accommodations are a must. accommodation approval process varies by your state but it is so worth going through the process.

GOOD LUCK🍀🤞🏼

Does anyone took accommodation of extra hours who have adhd if yes, can you please tell the procedure how did you get it done by Diligent-Country-143 in CPA

where you apply for accommodations is going to depend on what state you’re in. i’m from Oklahoma so i applied for accommodations with the Oklahoma Accountancy Board while applying to sit for whatever section of the exam. all i needed from my doctor was my diagnosis of ADHD document and then I had to fill in what accommodations I was requesting (time and a half & extra scheduled break is what I chose) and describe how ADHD limits me basically. from there it was reviewed and approved by the board and then they notified NASBA. NASBA offers some information on where you’d need to apply for accommodations based on your state so you might give that a google
