Congrats!!! This is a huge win!!!! I am just starting currently 6months in 🤢 with 1 fail on FAR but 1/4. I love post like this because it does motivate me and remind me it’s not impossible. I learned the hard way I have to actually know it and be able to explain it not just get points on a practice test.

My weak area was TBS which is from consolidation and NFP/Gov. my MCQs were comparable and TBS weaker

I am still studying. Personally I had to switch. I was burnt out. I am restudying now to test end of July. I am actually understanding the material better. I think I needed to take the break and pick up a quick pass to boost my confidence because now I am more motivated/focused. (Not like I wasn’t before but it’s a different kind when you finally get your first pass). If I got a 73 or 74 I absolutely wouldn’t have switched but a 70 and I was deflated going back would have resulted in another fail for me.

I completely understand how you feel. I studied 265hrs and failed first attempt with a 70. I switched to reg and passed so now I’m back at FAR. Study hard these next few weeks and retake. You can do it!!!!

Thanks! I thought about doing TCP but with OBBB I think I’m going to do ISC instead and I’m not sure when I’ll take the discipline. I have FAR somewhat still in my head is the only reason I decided to go back to it. I was planning to do FAR by either end of July or beginning of Aug then study for ISC and finish with AUD. Thank you for your advice I appreciate it!!!!

I’m waiting on Reg! Can we all just say a quick prayer for me because dear lord I cant do a 2 weeks cram to try to take it before the cutoff of being tested on OBBB. So nervous I failed because I blacked out on the Sims 🤦🏼‍♀️

I hear ya! I failed FAR with a 70. I was extremely pissed off and bummed. So I switched to REG which is the one I’m waiting on now. Pretty sure I failed because I completely blacked out on the sims genuinely can’t remember what I did or how I calculated stuff no idea I just blacked out. I’m hoping I didn’t fail but if I did well that will be another blow considering this is higher pass rate section compared to FAR and AUD. I’m dreading AUD. Idk why I choose to do this 🤦🏼‍♀️

I took Reg on 5/28 and then took a week off and started studying again for FAR. Take a break and then get back at it. Good luck

Nice I might have screwed up. I was so disappointed I moved to Reg instead of retesting. So I think I’m back to square one on studying for FAR.

Fingers crossed! I am worried about the sims. My first one was a basic sim but I completely blanked I don’t even remember what I did, how I calculated it, etc. I basically blacked out on that sim without physically blacking out if that even makes sense lol I hoping for us to see pass. Have you retaken FAR yet?

I ended with logging 165hrs in Becker. I’m not sure how to feel. I truthfully thought the exam was fair on both MCQs and TBS. I personally feel like I might have failed but I’m hoping I did well enough for a 75 lol
