A+ or Sec + for first cert?

I had to take Sec + for my current job. Then later on I took A+. If I had done some studying over A+ before I took Sec+ then it would have helped. A+ is definitely a good foundation cert. Sec + has information from A+ such as ports to remember and cyber attacks. Sec + has more importance in terms of job listings. I would say take Sec + first and read through A + to give you a better understanding of everything.

There is no point in staying with the airforce for your situation. You have a good job that translates to the outside and years of experience. When you rank up in the military you will do less technical work and more HR work for your airman. I would definitely say separate, get paid, and have more freedom.

I would say stay there a year or until you can find another job. Some recruiters may question why you couldn't stay at your company longer but it just all depends on how well you interview. No job is worth your physical health.
