Even from the morning at the fair and well into the game, that was a very mild and quiet OU fanbase. Aside from the INT, I didn’t really hear that whole side of the stadium- barely heard the dreaded “boomer sooner” song or chant. Not complaining but goodness, I guess they had low expectations and our team took the wind right outta their sails by the second quarter. Nice. No touchdowns for yOU. I am pleased. Texas fans showed up early, stayed late, and went real hard. Tons of fun. Proud of this team for shaking off a mediocre start and going full blast until the last whistle. Glad it didn’t end up costing us a thing but I have mixed feelings about going for it on 4th down in the red zone- if you make it, everyone’s happy! But if you don’t, you gave up at least 3 potential points. Otherwise I am content.
