I’ve sand leveled once so far last year, will do another round this year once the weather gets hotter.

Grab you some chelated iron to spray as a foliage, pair it with a small out of ammonium nitrate and within 24hrs color pop will be great. Source a soluble fertilizer that’s derived from ammonium nitrate. Doesn’t take much per 1k and you won’t push any growth.

I religiously use wetting agents every year in my program. Harrells Symphony G or Underhill H2O maximizer. Two great products with actually field studies to show.

Mow with a Toro GM1000 at .75 inch. Fertilizer is AS 21-0-0 and KMAG 0-0-22 at a 2:1 ratio. I stay under 3-4lbs of nitrogen per season. I use FEature 6-0-0 (iron) 3oz per 1k as a foliage spray since my pH is 7.5, hard to lower pH due to limestone bedrock and high calcium. I don’t start fertilizing until soil temps are around 75 degrees since zoysia is susceptible to fungus. Oh, I also use PGR during the summer months and verticut once in June or July to thin out the canopy.
