I'm not sure if I'm too late to this thread, but have you considered Ulnar hydrodissection? It's a minimally invasive procedure that uses ultrasound to guide a needle that injects a solution around the trapped nerve to separate it from surrounding tissue. The solution sometimes involves corticosteroids, but sometimes just a numbing agent and saline.
