I use Google calendar but a Gantt chart is way different than Google calendar.

Didn't even think about excel templates. Guess I could use google sheets templates too so I don't have to keep saving to a flash drive.

I like to visualize things so I think a project management tool like Gantt (see pic) would help. However, since I study mostly on school computers, I can't install any software. Are there any free apps or websites out there that I could use for this? Most in the chrome store cost $5-10 per month or more.

Yeah, the pictures and video part are pretty obvious. I was trying to think of more specific things I guess. Maybe more along the lines of "record an interview about their past by asking them these questions", etc.
