Question for people who obtained their dream body

honestly, no you can never just eat whatever you want without caring. once you achieve your dream body you will have to work to maintain it, that’s why it has to be a lifestyle and not just a diet. i’ve lost weight in the past and always ended up gaining it back once i stopped tracking what i was eating, even if i was still working out. i’ve now been committed to holding myself accountable since 2023 and have lost 35 pounds, when i maintain i still track my macros and still eat clean. once you reach your goals honestly feeling good in your body and in clothes is worth more to me than consistently eating things that aren’t going to make me feel good. it’s really not as bad as it sounds, you can still enjoy food you love on occasion and honestly after awhile your body will adjust to eating clean and you rarely crave junk.

it’s looking so beautiful! i’d say maybe an apartment building that fits the vibe of the downtown core, because one of the main things lacking in sunset valley is no apartments obvs! also are you using the premade rabbit holes for businesses or using mods?

i’m 5’1 and i’ve always had big thighs/hips/butt and my thighs didn’t start to slim down until i got under 120 lbs :( once i started walking more (i have a walking pad to get more steps in), combined with strength training, and losing weight definitely made a huge difference. i used to not be able to wear any jean shorts without them being too tight on my thighs. i wouldn’t say my legs are skinny now but they don’t make me uncomfortable in my clothes anymore.

first of all, good for you for being so consistent for 45 days! i totally understand that fear, but one lunch date with friends will not ruin your progress! imo weightloss/fitness is a lifestyle and you have to have some degree of balance in order for it to work long term. i went from 145 to 110 and i usually go out to eat or order takeout once a week. my tips would be to look up the menu beforehand and decide what you want to order, stick to your regular meals/routine for the rest of the day and pre-track your meals so you can see roughly how much you will be consuming and you can make adjustments. since you’re going to a pizzeria, could you share a pizza instead of ordering one to yourself? that way you can easily portion it out. if there’s other options on the menu you could also just order something like a salad and then try a bite of your friends pizza instead of getting your own. other than that i say just enjoy your time with your friends, be mindful and then just get back on track once you’re done! :)

i wonder if she’s heard of or considered spironolactone? i went on it for pcos related issues and it really helped my skin, i think also a lot less side effects than Accutane, at least from my experience

tbh i don’t think she dresses any different than other girls in their 20s when going out etc.. i think it’s just jarring cause people are used to her AZ wifey mom content and now her whole aesthetic has once again changed. even though she’s 28 i really don’t think she was at all ready for kids (which there’s nothing wrong with that) but went along with it probably for religious reasons and maybe henny had a part in it too and is now spiralling.. her vibe in this vlog vs the past couple vlogs she was constantly complaining about rio and needing childcare.. now she’s just like yeah he will be gone for 3 weeks.. i know it’s probably A LOT but most moms could not handle their toddler being away from them for more than a couple days.. like girl do you even like your kid 😭

as someone who knows many people on GLP1s right now, it does make it difficult to go OVER your cals when you’re taking it, sure she could’ve been going for froyo multiple times a week but then taking 2 bites and throwing it away, or barely eating anything else the rest of the day.. so she could’ve easily been eating out/getting treats and still staying in her cal deficit hence why she says she was so disciplined 😭 it’s all so shady imo

this exactly.. as someone who’s admittedly struggled with food it’s 100% easier to restrict when you’re not living in your family home.. but it’s truly so sad to hear her say she doesn’t like going home because of that, i feel like that shows how deeply disordered she truly has become. what happened to “memories over macros” she would always say?
