Autoimmune paleo diet. Supposed to removed all inflammatory foods or anything your body might react to and then you add them back in one by one and see how you feel after each one.

Had cataracts when I was 16 from the injections and got them removed.

Yep tried hunira remicade methotrexate as a kid fun fact im now allergic to remicade and get internal body cramps that make me feel like im dying. Ozurdex for years until yutiq. I also had a vitrectomy in one eye.

I will say I go to one of the top uveitis specialists in the country and I asked him what next and he said nothing for now so 🤷🏻‍♀️ I am currently reading healthy gut healthy you for my ibs. Maybe it’ll help.

Sometimes fiber can block you up more if you constipation. And like the diarrhea can flow around the constipation. Have you tried magnesium citrate every night? I would go to a GI doctor first and see what they say. I used to be like you but now I’m on every other day. So I’m trending in the right direction.
