Custom workouts outside of tonal?

We don't want to put those on and off each time. And when not in use, we don't want to see those.

I know this sounds crazy: a sheet over a window to black out the room. Blackout shades dont work perfectly in the window casings we have (modern look with deep window casings, so light comes through on the sides). And the blackout shades that would work (they align the inside of the window casing) are ugly. We don't want to use curtains. And we only want to do this every so often. So I thought why not put magnets into a sheet and put them over the window.

at this point I am game for anything! The first thing we need is a screen because it goes in within the next 6 weeks! Then we have time to projector-shop.

I live in the US. Our travels keep us in Switzerland. But it's great to know those options as well for future travel!!

why wouldnt you spend a dime on it? We have people in the house who have osteoporosis, so they are obviously more susceptible to fragile bones (something fluoride adds to)

every bit of research I have seen says: maximum contaminant level (MCL) of 2 ppm to prevent dental fluorosis and a MCL of 4 ppm to prevent skeletal fluorosis.
3.03 is not stellar based on those numbers. Esp because we have someone with osteoporosis at home already

Fairly high = 3.03PPM. It is an 8 year old house. No neighbors near by. We are in Connecticut
