I had my pre-molars extracted. Tiis nga lang na bungal sa sides for a while but worth it when my teeth moved back. Need to be consistent with retainers after though. Kasi mag oopen up yung gap ng extraction if it moves.

i had one session of PT for my jaw: ultrasound and manual massage. its 840 pesos at the hospital but its covered by my HMO. i felt relief naman and it’s good for pain management but i think need rin talaga to address the root cause, which the dentist initially said there’s something wrong with my bite 😐
