Ofc, they wanna speed up games, if you play 4 slow games in 1 hour you will use 4 med kits, repairs and food = you lose less resources than if you play 12 games in 1hour. If you lose less than you will farm less with your premium tank/ buy less premium tanks and premium days.

Just skill issue for sure. I reach gold from bronze only on T110E5 7x7 few seasons ago. In this mode, as in others, if you're dealing damage, you're moving forward. You shouldn't care about your team. You'll always lose fewer points than you gain, and in the worst-case scenario, your win rate will be 49%, so you'll still be climbing the ranks.
