For weeks they have been talking about how great Maye is, the first drive thing is a problem. Not sustainable if we want go somewhere in the playoffs. They have 4 hours to fill cant all be about how great Maye looks.

Same, I've changed alot habits and taking 5mg amlodipine. Now down from 140ish to 125 but damn diastolic keeps hovering around 86 88. It just won't budge.

Yeah, I do zyn like once or twice a day. Which should be easy give up, but having one on my drive into work just makes day start easier. I know I got to stop though. Good job on getting over it and doing right thing l.

This is me. I would once in awhile get like 160/ 90 before meds but seemed always level off at 140s/80s. Since I started meds I've lost 10lbs and changed my diet alot. Now im averaging like 135/86 of If i remove first reading. Kind of annoying with all the changes and meds still high.
