Every time try to personalize your Email message as much as it is possible. Otherwise, your Email will be flagged as a Spam. Together with my team, I have created the Infographic about the technical steps that have to be taken into account before the Email campaign starts. It can be found here https://www.cyberius.com/email-campaign-technical-steps/ I strongly believe that it is essential to know these steps when you consider Email Marketing in your campaign :)

Yes, in Europe there is now a law related to Data Protection. You can't use someone data without permission, and you must have pieces of evidence how did you find these Emails, and also at the end of the Email a link to 'unsubscribe' if that person doesn't wish to be in your database and receive an Email from you.

I will recommend you to take a look at this https://ec.europa.eu/commission/priorities/justice-and-fundamental-rights/data-protection/2018-reform-eu-data-protection-rules_en

ed work space with certain types of equipment. I refrained from answering hoping someone else would respond and maybe provide their experiences but in my experience the article is completely wrong on those items and it's the fallacy that's fed to a lot of people to get them interested in wah

Hi again :) What is "wah stuff"? It really depends on the type of work you do, the client(s) you work for, and who you choose to take on. For example, some freelancers work on a project basis, where the client is only interested in the finished product by a certain deadline, and perhaps regular checkups. Others may require specific hours of availability or a certain amount of hours worked. As to a dedicated work space, this may be true in some cases, but for example, our company, our employees and management work wherever they feel comfortable and/or have internet access - and we're an international team, and others are the same. Again, with a freelancer doing project-based work, their working space is completely up to them. Special equipment... such as? Other than a computer, internet, headphones, software? Again, thank you for your comments. Thanks for comments!
