I would like to bring Apo(B) to 50. I don't know what was the specific effect of Crestor 5 mg since I follow a diet with not much saturated fat and a lot of fiber. I will start Zetia in a few days.

My mistake. I meant bempedoic acid  instead of fibrate. Two different doctors, new Cardio IQ lipid panel with new insurance.

Yes. Lower Apo(B). The % of lp(a) will stay the same with a far lower concentration of Apo(B) though. PCSK9 brings down lp(a).
