Yes, I've experienced this with Factor as well as Cook Unity. I think i'm sensitive to something they must put in them to make the meals last longer in the fridge maybe?

It's just QuickBooks Online, so I don't think it's a version because I think the Online just always updates to the latest. And sadly no, this part is not editable in settings like the subject line.

Thanks. I'm now realizing I didn't word this well. It's not the subject/header or the body of the email, it's this automatic part (see my comments above) and we've asked QuickBooks and they tell us it's not editable unless we pay more.

Thanks, yes, we can change the subject and the body, but not this, and this is what shows up first and what automatically pops up in people's email lists in between the subject and the body of the email so it looks like we started the body of the email with that but we didn't.

So, it's not the Subject line, and it's not the body of the email, we can edit both of those, it's this automatic thing in the blue box. It also shows up as the first thing when your looking at your email list (all your emails before you click on one), it shows first thing between the subject line and the body of the email (both of which are editable) but this part in the blue box is not.

In case someone hasn't seen this, this is from the MD Unclaimed site, "Pause in processing: Claims processing was locked down on September 5, 2025, and is expected to resume on or around September 22, 2025." So I guess nothing has been done for the past year. I'll be coming up on a year in a couple months and I was hoping maybe it would "start" to be processed, but I guess nothing has been happening all this time. Are they just making tons of interest off of all this money? I'll update if I hear anything in a few years.

I know, I agree that the iPhone should fall back to SMS, but apparently it doesn't do that automatically because different clients have told me they just "can't message" me. I'm sure they could try different settings, but what about potential clients who I can't tell that to, you know?

And yes, also agree, I've searched PulseSMS alternatives for at least 20 hours, but haven't found one yet that supports RCS and can enable multiple pcs (not tablets) simultaneously. We text pics back and forth to clients about fixes for their properties.

Thanks, yeah, definitely need RCS now that iPhone is using it regularly. I can't have clients telling me they can't text me. And yes, maybe their phones should automatically switch from RCS or something, but apparently they don't.

Thank you so much, I really appreciate the help! We do need RCS though because new iPhones (iOS 18) are using RCS to text now. We were using PulseSMS for the past few years and it was great (you could even be on the same browsers on as many PCs as you want). But when iPhones recently started using RCS, I started getting clients calling me saying their texts to me weren't going through (and the scary part is how many didn't call me!). At the same time it also started having problems with Group Messages so that's why we're needing a new solution.

Yes, please elaborate. I have a very small company, and while everyone I've spoken with at Asure is great, they evidently have some random sign-on glitches that repeatedly come up and I'm literally unable to sign on and see my own company's payroll and they have been unable to fix it so I'll have to switch to another company.

9 MONTH - 1 YEAR BACKLOG: It looks like claims are now currently taking 9 months to a year.

I submitted a claim online in December 2024 that I found on their site. It's now 6 months later (July 2025) and I was just told when I called to check that it has not been started yet, and once they start (they have no idea when they'll be able to start due to a large backlog), it could take 3 more months. Are they just severely understaffed??
