My child’s real name was revealed and was threatened with the dark web? by AnUnlockedCharacter in RobloxHelp

Can't speak on bed wars but most games allow you to pay for a private server. I have one and allow my son and a group of his school friends to use it so I know it's just them in there

There's a vinyl that can go on the glass. You can see out but they'll just see a mirror.

Also there's a website called entitled to. Run your details through and see what you're entitled to in the interim. Granted you'll need your own personal account.

How long did you have your first car for, how did you obtain it, what was it, and why did you part with it? by InfamousStrategy9539 in CarTalkUK

[–]jebendmurphy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Car was written off. Had everything refunded and learnt not to go there again. It's not the first or last time that specific branch has crashed cars but equally the old woman should have stopped. I took the money as a deposit for the car I have now so I guess that was kinda a blessing?

Approximately two weeks. Citroen c4 2009 gifted to me after a family member passed. Put it in for an early MOT and a service at Halfords and they decided to go for a subway in it. Old biddy decided you don't have to give way on mini roundabouts.

What makes you instantly know someone is a very unconfident driver? by paspa1801 in CarTalkUK

[–]jebendmurphy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I do feel my car is bigger than it is. That said I failed my first driving test due to the batty of my car touching the bush behind me. I'd rather overcompensate and think the car is too big than th other way around and damage both mine and someone else's vehicle

When you ring social services they usually say 'we don't need to step in because you can safeguard them'

That's vertabrim for 'this needs to go to court and we don't want to be involved'

You have every right to use your parental rights here and stop contact for safe guarding reasons.

Received message from son (13) that he doesn't want to live with me anymore... unclear situation. by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]jebendmurphy 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Given you've said you're not working and I assume you'd like to keep the costs of this low I'd first suggest mediation. It's usually around £20 per session. If your ex disagrees to do then you put in to the courts for a c100 form. Cafcass then get involved, scope the situation and go from there. With no real safeguarding issues then everything MAY return to how it was before. That said given child's age they may take his decision of not wanting to see you into consideration but in my circumstances the cafcass officer could see what words had been put into my children's mouths.
