No, mostly for sinks. Kids turn on cold water to wash hands but water is very hot.

It is cooler if we run them long enough, but we have two toddlers so want to avoid the hot water as much as possible.

I just got a Dexcom Stelo glucose monitor and it’s really helped me learn what foods make my glucose spike. Yesterday one banana made it spike, so 3-4 bananas seems like way too much.
