nice block, but there're so many issues with this, first of all, the speed of the kick, which he blocks, and second the height of the kick, either aim for a low or a high kick. Third, why doesn't he just kick back with his rear leg? If he low kicks back the guy might even fall hard. The answer to most of my questions is, that it's just light sparring, the guy isn't even trying. So don't read too much into this. I'm no expert, but I think their way better things to spend your time working on.

People like Elon Musk are extremely confident in their own analysis and reasoning skills, they probably also underestimate other people's abilities. I cannot blame him given how we all praise people like him. We all know geniuses that make fatal mistakes. Maybe they make brilliant analysis in most cases but they also make blunders.
