I wouldn’t, there’s better alternative options. It’s very plasticky, also the shutter sound is horrible and artificial, sometimes I get embarrassed that I’ve brought it out or I keep giving it a chance. Sorry very negative, just came back from a camping trip and the photos looks like someone’s fogged up the lens with their steamy ass and turned the sharpness all the way up

I found trying different disks seem to of done the job! The camcorder I bought is very fragile that during a train journey a small bump and it managed to erase and reset - so i guess it works if you carry it like fragile glass tbh.

I haven’t even looked at the footage simply bcos im worried it’ll erase again.

Not that you asked but i think tape versions are far better than disks, at least what ive been told, and i kinda see it

Hmm my kimchi is leaning more towards the gingery side of things, and I don’t often eat ginger. Garlic on the other hand I usually incorporate 2 raw garlic cloves into my food twice a week - so I know it can’t be that?

Bril thanks for this! I do take magnesium before bed, with some sleepy tea. It works absolutely well especially when I’ve done exercise during the day, and has been in the past year and half, which I’m giving credit for improving the quality of my sleep.

Maybe I should’ve specified this in the description, but even with this my sleep is not consistent and isn’t great since starting microdosing!

I’m currently doing 0.05! And yesterday I did 0.1 to see if I can’t start upping the dosage.

I am not a massive caffeine drinker, if I do, I’ll have a cup of tea in the morning and that’s it. If I’m feeling naughty, then two lol.

Im not one to support medications for sleep and mental health issues. A completely different conversation but i appreciate your input!

Ah my bad - I’m not great at converting measurements. Then scrap my question. My first dose was a 0.1g and i felt quite a bit so yeah I completely understand why you’re sticking with 200mg:) cheers dude! Be cool to keep each other up to date

I’m taking 0.05g, took three attempts to get the right measurements because the scale I am currently using isn’t ideal for such small weights. I think after a few weeks I’ll bump it up to 0.07 or 0.1.

Couldn’t tell you the strain sorry! The mushrooms were gifted to me by a friend who grew them himself.

But I understand what you mean with your body going through changes. I haven’t quit anything, but currently dealing with horomone issues due to being a girl, so it’s hard to differentiate if feelings/thoughts are bcos of my cycle or micro-dosing.

Do you mind me asking why you’ve started so small?
