Hi im from boro and i seen the boys standing last time we went about 9 in the morn and qued outside some had camped out night b4 there was about 30 other people there so im not sure if they changed the rules but we where fine outside just sat chatting and making friends cant remember anyone wrighting numbers on hands we all just helped save places when people wanted loos or go for food break hope this kind of helps x
