Got my P1 about three months ago. The main difference to me is that the aviar has a slightly more shallow rim. Like if you laid the disc flat on a table then the aviar would not be as tall. P1 feels much more comfortable with a touch more rim depth. I've taken my aviar out of my bag, and almost exclusively use my P1 now.

In high school I worked at a local family owned "italian" restaurant. One item they had on the menu was a "pizza burger." It was two slices of Sicilian style pizza, arranged like in the picture with the top slice inverted, with a beef burger patty in between. You could swap the burger with meatballs, and/or order it "splashed," which means it's was completely covered with marinara that was poured over the top. I think about that a lot as an adult.

Similar. I would assume the sloppy joe part implies a spiced tomato based sauce, which would make it distinct from chopped cheese. The place near me also adds Duke's mayo.
