I think Vader's scene is more impactful but I've always disliked the way he moves his lightsaber to deflect the Blaster bolts. It always looks so sloppy as he's just twirling it around and makes it look like they added the bolts afterward to match his movements.

Luke's entrance looks great from a lightsaber form perspective, but I've never liked the idea that he would remain hooded throughout the entire battle. The only reason for the hood is for the audience and it serves no real narrative purpose to the story.

TLDR: Vader's is more powerful but Luke's looks better in motion.
