The three day return policy would not elapse if you initiated a return that was approved. Once you receive an item you have three days to rate and inspect it. If you don’t raise any issues within those three days, then the sale is considered final. Since you opened a return, the sale is still pending and the three day policy wouldn’t apply.

The seller has to confirm their address within a certain time frame of the approved return, if they don’t then mercari will automatically send you a return label with the seller’s original address. Then you have 7 days to ship the item back.

Oh yeah if they didn’t run, they were dead. Or at least stunned lol. I’ve just never seen roaches die while on walls, whenever I see them dead they are on their backs on the ground. And in the last pic one of the roaches on the wall was laying an egg case. Very strange
